1. Who we are

Rocket Pocket (“we”, “us”) is a business based in Pakistan. Rocket Pocket is built by SUH. You can reach us at support@rocketpocket.app or on +92 308 4375579 (phone and WhatsApp).

2. What Rocket Pocket is

Rocket Pocket is club management software for billiard and snooker clubs, used through a web browser. Each subscribing club gets its own private deployment. The features included today are described on our features page. Anything on our Coming soon page, whether it’s planned or only an idea we’re exploring, isn’t part of the service unless and until we release it.

Rocket Pocket records the payments your staff receive. It doesn’t process, hold or transfer money, and it doesn’t connect to banks or wallets.

3. Signing up

Sign-up requests are reviewed by us, and we may decline a request. Once we confirm your first payment, we set up your deployment within 2 business days and send your admin login by email. That email starts your first paid month.

4. Fees and payment

The subscription is charged per club, per month, in Pakistani rupees, at the price we confirm to you in writing before your subscription starts.
Fees are paid monthly in advance by bank transfer. We send our bank details after your request is approved.
If we change the price, we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
If a payment is overdue by more than 7 days, we may suspend access until it’s paid.

5. Your club’s data

Your club owns the data it enters into Rocket Pocket. We use it only to provide and support the service.
You’re responsible for what you enter, including prices, tax settings, staff accounts and the payments you record.
You can export your records to CSV from the reports and transactions screens at any time.

6. Using Rocket Pocket properly

Keep your logins secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used one.
Don’t use Rocket Pocket for anything unlawful, or try to access another club’s deployment or our systems.
Don’t resell or share access to your deployment outside your club.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep Rocket Pocket available and to fix problems quickly, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or an outage at our hosting provider. We tell you about planned maintenance in advance where we can. Support is by email, phone and WhatsApp.

8. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. How cancellation and refunds work is set out in our refund and cancellation policy.

9. Ending the service

We may suspend or end your subscription if you break these terms or don’t pay. When a subscription ends, we keep your deployment’s data for 30 days so you can export it, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

10. Liability

We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under the law.

11. Changes to these terms

We’ll tell subscribers about material changes by email before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a complaint, please use our complaints process first.
