Add menu items
Add the food and drinks you sell, then sell them at the counter or on a table’s bill.
Who can do this: Administrators and Managers add items. Everyone can sell them.
Add a category first
- Open Settings and go to Menu. Press Open Menu.
- Open the Categories tab and press Add Category.
- Type a name, for example Drinks or Snacks, and press Create.
Add an item
- Open the Items tab and press Add Item.
- Type the name, choose its category and type the price.
- Type how many you have in Stock Quantity, and the number that should warn you in Min Stock Level.
- Press Create.
An item with 0 in stock can’t be sold, so always fill in Stock Quantity. Each sale takes it off the stock.
When a delivery comes in, open Reports, then the Inventory tab, and press Restock on the item.
Sell food and drinks
On a table’s bill: press F&B on the running table, pick the items, choose who served them and press Add to Table Bill. They’re paid with the table.
At the counter: open POS, tap the items and press Checkout. Choose Standalone to take the money now, Waiting to keep the order for later, Table Session to put it on a running table’s bill, or Pending Transaction to add it to a checked-out bill whose payment is still waiting to be confirmed.
Every order records who served it. The names come from the Staff roster.
