Set up your club in 5 steps
A new club starts empty. Add tables, prices, menu items, staff and receipt details, and you’re ready.
Who can do this: An Administrator does these steps.
Before you start
Do these five steps once, in this order. Each one takes a few minutes.
Administrators also see them on Overview, in the Finish setting up list. Each step that’s not done has its own button. A done step is ticked and says Done. Press Hide this list to hide it. The list goes away by itself once all five steps are done or your first bill is paid.
1. Add tables
Add each table in your club, with the name your staff use, like Table 1.
2. Add prices
Add a price for each way you charge: by the hour, by the minute or by the game.
3. Add menu items
Add the food and drinks you sell, with their prices and how many you have.
4. Add staff
Give each person their own sign-in, with only the rights they need. The step is ticked once there’s a second sign-in.
5. Receipt details
Put your club’s name, address and phone number on your receipts.
Then start your first table
Your club is ready. Start a table to see the clock run.
